About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to oversee a specific section in our kitchen, ensuring exceptional food preparation and presentation.

* Manage kitchen operations and staff effectively under pressure.
* Maintain quality standards and presentation of dishes.
* Coordinate with other chefs to achieve seamless service.

Main Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily kitchen tasks, such as meal planning and ordering.
* Train junior staff members to develop their skills.
* Collaborate with the head chef to plan menus and control stock levels.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
