Over the past six months, Performance Dynamics has seen rapid growth across both our Senior and Junior Performance programs. With a brand-new program launching in 2026, we're expanding our coaching team to keep raising the standard.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and are passionate about pushing the limits of athlete development, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering a World-Class Coaching Experience
Our athletes trust us with their development. Overdelivering is the minimum standard. If "good enough" is in your vocabulary, this role isn't for you. You'll be expected to deliver world-class sessions both in the gym and on the pitch.
Developing High-Impact Programmes
You'll build programs based on athletic assessments, not templates. Every session you design will directly influence how athletes perform when it counts.
Advanced Performance Testing
You'll use cutting-edge tools like force plates and dynamometers to profile athletes and inform their training. Your insights will shape everything from minor adjustments to complete performance transformations.
Creating a Culture of Excellence
You won't just coach, you'll lead. You'll set the tone for discipline, drive, and high standards that athletes feel every time they walk in.
Championing the Facility
Our space reflects our standards. You'll help maintain equipment, improve systems, and keep the environment worthy of elite performance.
