Job Title: F&B Manager Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 Location: South Dublin About the Role: On behalf of a client of ours, a well-established 4-star hotel, we are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, smooth day-to-day management, and lead the team to achieve high standards of service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the team through training, scheduling, and performance management. Coordinate daily functions and staffing to ensure smooth service during busy periods and events. Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and employee safety regulations. Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures to maintain high operational standards. Oversee inventory management, stock control, ordering, and waste disposal with a focus on cost efficiency and sustainability. Manage guest relations by promptly addressing feedback and resolving complaints to enhance satisfaction. Drive sales growth through upselling, promotions, and innovative food and beverage offerings. Conduct regular performance reviews, probation assessments, and manage team discipline when necessary. Collaborate with management teams to coordinate special events and maximise food and beverage opportunities. Oversee cash handling, financial procedures, monitor budgets, and ensure targets are consistently met. Requirements Proven track record managing food and beverage operations in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Good knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards. Experience managing stock and financial controls.
