Store Manager opportunity based in Galway

They are seeking a visionary fashion manager with a dynamic leadership approach to drive the store's success.

The Role
* Train and motivate your team to ensure they are delivering the highest standards of customer service
* Develop and implement sale strategies to drive revenue growth and reach all KPI targets
* Train new starters and also evaluate current staff's performance and implement and training that may be needed for upskilling
* Schedule and shifts and manage staff levels
* Ensure the store layout and product placement align with the companies branding and standards
* Over see day-to day operations of the store
* Provide feed back and insight to the higher management within the company
The ideal candidate
* Proven management experience within a fast paced retail environment (fashion based store not essential)
* History of delivering and exceeding KPI targets
* Be a quick thinker and a skilled problem solver
* Have an understanding of customer needs, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a welcoming working environment
* Effective communication and people management skills
