Responsibilities
-Ensuring a welcoming environment for client in the store
-Sharing with the client his/her knowledge on the art of perfumery, on the brand, and on the collection, and create genuine, authentic connections with clients
-Fully managing the lab: compounding perfumes, managing the ingredients and stock, labelling, and boxing the products
-Building client database by gathering all client’s information
-Addressing and successfully resolving client situations according to company philosophy and escalating corporate level for specific request
In-Store Operational Duties
-Up keeping the maintenance of the Boutique (retail floor as well as lab area, stock room)
-Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly sales
-Ensuring full stock of merchandise on the floor and transferring from the stock room to the floor as needed
