We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Banquet Wedding Waiting Staff to join our hospitality team for the busy Christmas and winter wedding season in Tralee & Killarney.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional service during high-profile events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide friendly, efficient service to guests during weddings, banquets, and Christmas events.
2. Set up event spaces including laying tables, arranging seating, preparing service stations, and ensuring overall venue presentation.
3. Serve food and beverages in accordance with event standards.
4. Clear tables, manage cutlery/glassware, and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
5. Assist with buffets, drinks receptions, and late-night service as required.
6. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
7. Work collaboratively with the events team, bar staff, and management to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements
8. Previous hospitality, catering, or event service experience is an advantage.
9. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
10. Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
11. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
12. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak festive dates.
13. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
