Managing the smooth running of this beautiful operation on a day-to-day basis.
A strong understanding of kitchen management is required for this role.
This role requires excellent attention to detail.

An ability to work well as part of a team in a busy environment is essential
Working with fresh produce every day.
Experience in a similar role.
Managing a team to produce an excellent standard of food throughout this busy property.
Current market knowledge of the latest food trends.
Over a seven-day period, working five days.
An experienced kitchen manager is required.
Able to bring latest food trends to this property.
