Job Title: Community & Content Coordinator

Location: Dublin 1, on-site.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm, or 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Flexible. ( 30 hrs per week)

We bring together people from all over the world, helping them improve their English while experiencing life in Ireland. The Role:

We're looking for a proactive Community & Content Coordinator to plan student activities, manage events, and support social media engagement. This hybrid role combines community management, creative content, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, organise, and run student events, workshops, and cultural activities.
* Manage student welcome kits, signage, and campus materials.
* Coordinate Student of the Month celebrations and handle ID card and staff kit requests.
* Manage app content and support social media posts, visuals, and campaigns.
* Respond to student inquiries, monitor engagement, and provide insights on community trends.
* Track leads and report monthly activities to the Head of Marketing.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Social Media teams to enhance communication.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
* 2+ years in community engagement, event planning, or social media management.
* Experience in higher education or working with international students is a plus.
* Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
* Strong organisational skills, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Conditions

* Salary: €14.15 per hour.
* Part-time position (30 hours per week)
* Flexible to attend student events at different times; work hours will be adjusted as needed to support participation.
