About The RoleRole: Administration Support CoordinatorLocation: Dundalk (Fully onsite)Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm | Fixed Term ContractHourly pay rate: €16-18Payroll adminReviewing clock in reports, updating Time gate annual leave request, sick leave and lateness.Updating the master payroll reportUpdating any payroll queriesTracking overtime, reporting weekly and following up with Team Leads and supervisorsUploading sick certs, tracking and creating return to work interview and documentationAssist with people Admin – Payroll reports annual leave, sick leave and Bradford factorCoordinating with supervisors on leave coverHR adminTracking absenteeism, lates and other disciplinary issuesCreating communications and setting up meetings for supervisors, and contract managerReward and Recognition programRecruitment admin including Onboarding new employees, ordering workwear, PPE and arranging inductionUpdateOther tasksStock Control, Chemicals, Consumables, Training materials and WorkwearUpdating Communications with teamPreparation of daily communication with site ManagerPreparing and organising Team MeetingsPreparing meeting updates for clientMonthly team engagement activity/ sessionSports and social committee memberWeekly TASK AuditManage administrative tasks such as rostering record updates, annual leave, and safety documentation.Support onboarding and onboarding of new hires, including work wear and safety induction.Raise purchase orders and coordinate PPM schedules.QHSEOwnership of Logbook, Velocity updating with expiry documentsTraining- Scheduling and updating the training matrix, assessments and access control- Arranging any MSD training and notifying team and managers when training is happening- Flagging when training overdue date are near and insuring the don't go overdueAbout UsBidvest Noonan is a team of 27,000 passionate and customer-focused people.
