Sales Coordinator Kilkenny - On site then Hybrid Attractive Salary + Benefits A market-leading designer and manufacturer of premium shower enclosures is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their commercial team at their European Head Office in Kilkenny.

The successful candidate will report to the Estimating Manager and play a key role in supporting the Sales and Estimating teams with quotations, tenders, and day-to-day client coordination.
This is a people-focused role suited to someone with a strong commercial mindset who enjoys working with detail, supporting business growth, and collaborating across departments.
Please note: This role will be based on site in Kilkenny during the initial training period, then move to a hybrid model (3 days in office and 2 days from home).
The Role: Prepare and manage pricing estimates and tender documentation for commercial projects.
Support the Sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and customer queries.
Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure accurate and timely communication.
Maintain and update pricing, product, and customer data within the ERP system.
Assist in forecasting sales and margins for the commercial channel.
Track project opportunities through CRM systems and Barbour ABI.
Create and analyse KPI and performance reports for management.
Collaborate with the Estimating team to refine costings and improve margins.
Provide administrative support for bids, contracts, and renewals.
What We're Looking For: 2-4 years' experience in a Sales Coordinator, B2 B Sales Support, or Contracts Administration role.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge.
Commercially minded with good attention to detail and accuracy.
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
Experience within construction, manufacturing, or a similar environment is an advantage.
