BIM Modeller
to join their rapidly expanding team.

Candidates must have the appropriate working visa/EU Passport and be within commuting distance to Dublin to be eligible for the role.
Role Purpose
The BIM Modeller will develop accurate, detailed 3D models for mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring they align with project requirements, industry standards, and BIM Execution Plans. You will work closely with engineers, BIM coordinators, and site teams to produce high-quality design and construction information that supports project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and update discipline-specific 3D models in line with ISO 19650 and project BEPs.
* Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and schematics for M&E installation.
* Incorporate mark-ups and design changes efficiently and accurately.
* Coordinate with other disciplines to identify and resolve potential conflicts.
* Support the development of as-built models and COBie data for project handover.
* Maintain compliance with agreed naming conventions, standards, and workflows.
* Work with CDE platforms (e.g., BIM 360/ACC, Procore) to manage and share model data.
* Assist in integrating site validation data such as laser scans or photographic records.
* Keep up to date with emerging BIM tools, software, and workflows.
About You
* Qualification or trade background in M&E or related discipline.
* 2+ years' experience in BIM modelling for medium to large projects.
* Strong proficiency in Revit; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and fabrication packages advantageous.
* Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and BIM processes.
* Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communicator with strong teamwork skills.
