Job Title: Commercial Analyst - Cost Management Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Analyst to join our team in a Cost Management Specialist role. This position will be responsible for overseeing the project's cost management strategy, ensuring alignment with our financial requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for collating and analysing all commercial data associated with projects, identifying risks or opportunities. You will work closely with the Project Controls team across all live projects to analyse project commercial data and generate actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse project commercial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Collaborate with the Project Controls team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
* Develop and implement strategies to improve cost management processes
* Review and analyse financial reports to inform business decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Minimum 3 years' experience in cost control, commercial admin, or QS support
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
