Main Duties: Define the construction systems in the form of P&ID's, electrical single line diagrams, and similar documents.Establish the format of the System Handover dossiers and Contractor Handover Dossiers.Communicate Arcadis turnover requirements clearly and monitor/manage contractor compliance.Chair regular turnover progress meetings and tier boards.Assist in setting up, populating, and maintaining the Arcadis Quality system or other engineering information systems used to track, progress, and store handover data.Define testing limits for piping test packs and issue test pack specification sheets for contractor assembly.Specify pinnacle test documents and coordinate inspection and acceptance by client and/or commissioning team for each test pack, including piping tests, loop checks, relief valves, electrical circuits, and equipment packages.Monitor contractor performance and support supervision efforts by coordinating quality documentation compilation.Coordinate daily with the start-up/commissioning team to identify requirements and negotiate exception items for system acceptance.Inform the Field Superintendent about system package completion status and provide weekly progress reports.Consolidate punchlists and ensure all items are captured and signed off for completion.Compile turnover dossiers in the required format.Why Join Arcadis?
