Technical Support Specialist (Level 2) Dublin city centre 6 month contract Responsibilities: Provisioning and imaging Windows 10/11 devices in line with organisational standards. Handling asset tracking and coordinating hardware procurement. Executing and resolving Level-2 IT support issues. Incident investigation and resolution, Completion of software and hardware installation requests, Device build and deployment, Software license and hardware procurement, Meeting room & audio-visual technology support, Support for mobile phone corporate services, Hardware and software asset management through ServiceNow and related systems, Knowledge base content creation and revision. Experience required: 2 years+ experience in a related level 2 technical support role, A third level IT or Business qualification, Good working knowledge of IT business technologies; Windows O/S, PC hardware, Networks, Microsoft 365 and major cloud & on-premise business applications, Experience of enterprise endpoint management tools such as MECM, InTune and Active Directory, Experience of ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM system, Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, Strong documentation skills and adherence to key ITIL processes.
