Job Description
Grand Glorious Plt Limited T/A Clover & Stone at The Neale, Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo is looking for 3 chef de partie to join our team. Minimum 2 years of experience is required. The successful candidates must be able to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
* Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking food.
* Develop new products.
* Ensure food production is always of high standard.
* Monitor food and waste control.
* Be responsible for food hygiene.
