The Treasury Manager is a critical role within our organization, responsible for coordinating and supporting the group's cash management process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cash Management Coordination: The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the group's cash management process, ensuring timely and accurate payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
2. Global Banking Projects: The Treasury Manager will coordinate and manage global banking projects, building relationships with partner banks to optimize banking services and minimize costs.
3. Inter-Company Loan and Funding Flows: This role involves managing inter-company loan and funding flows to support structured transactions, ensuring compliance with loan and finance agreements, and undertaking financial analysis.
4. System Updates and Procedures: The Treasury Manager will support system updates, document new procedures, define and implement new Treasury workflows, and maintain a strong control environment.
5. Talent Development: The successful candidate will support the development of talent and expertise within the Treasury team, ensuring a high-performing team that can deliver exceptional results.
6. Project Management and Treasury Advice: This role requires providing treasury advice to the business, assisting with project management, and compiling and presenting new investment or hedging opportunities to Senior Management.
7. Reporting and Compliance: The Treasury Manager will coordinate, review, and issue periodical Treasury reports, dashboards, and policies, as well as analyze the group's forecasted cash, maintain KPIs, and monitor compliance with risk policies.
Developing solid relationships with non-finance teams located in regional offices is crucial for this role. The Treasury Manager will build and maintain a strong customer-centric culture within the team, contributing to the decision-making process and driving business growth.
