Role:
You'll be responsible for delivering construction projects – primarily in the education sector – from site preparation through to final fit-out and handover. You will have responsibility for an upcoming project in Athlone with a strong support team in place.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all stages of construction projects including groundworks, installation and fit-out
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
* Manage project timelines, budgets and quality standards
* Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and internal teams
* Manage subcontractors, site labour, deliveries and logistics
* Conduct inspections, maintain progress logs and report to the Construction Director
* Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to align site and factory workflows
* Liaise with clients, design teams and local authorities for a smooth installation process
Requirements
* 5 + years experience as a Site Manager/Foreman
* Strong knowledge of groundworks, civils, CBAR and CSCS/SMSTS certifications
* Familiarity with Irish building regulations
* Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills
* Full driving licence
