What you'll be working onYou'll be leading the design, improvement, and governance of IT services within a large, complex organisation undergoing a major transformation programme. This includes developing a service design framework, ensuring SLAs and OLAs are in place, and supporting the transition of services into operational support. You'll play a key role in the post-implementation phase of a cyber-related programme, including the migration of on-prem SAP systems to S/4HANA.Who you'll be working forYou'll be joining the IT & Telecoms division of a Public Sector organisation that supports multiple operating companies across Ireland. The team is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and compliant IT services.
