Our client, a market-leading finance services broker, is now looking for aContent Strategy and Demand Generation Manager to join their team. You will work with the company's leadership team to design, develop, and grow inbound sales funnels through demand generation and actionable communications. You will support the sales team to deliver their targets through multiple channels including Google Ads, channel partners, events, webinars, video, social, and email marketing utilising Hubspot. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain campaign flows to successfully move prospects through the customer journey to reach sales readiness. Ensure campaign setup and processes are in line with overall platform architecture and lead flow/scoring programs. Work with company leadership and advisors to create and maintain closed-loop marketing reports to understand marketing program and channel performance. Assist in delivering Search Engine Marketing (including SEO and PPC) optimisation across all websites and in conjunction with Hubspot programs. Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Work with company leadership and advisors to plan, execute, and measure A/B tests to improve customer experience and lead generation. Work between company leadership and sales to analyse existing asset performance and collaborate with the advisory team to create high-quality content to be used in campaigns. Experience and Qualifications Required: Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or similar, ideally HubSpot Certified 5+ years experience in Marketing Demand Generation Demonstrable experience in marketing automation including nurture, segmentation, and program reporting. Experience handling data in accordance with GDPR and Data Protection Regulation legislation. Knowledge of how to optimise digital campaigns that engage, inform, educate, advise, and motivate to convert. A proven track-record of coordination of digital acquisition campaigns.
