As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between clients and a talented IT solutions team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements for IT solutions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our solutions align with client expectations and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.
2. Gather and document detailed business requirements for IT solutions.
3. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit requirements.
4. Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
5. Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and propose IT solutions.
6. Manage and prioritize the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives.
7. Develop use cases, user stories, and process flows to support solution development.
8. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in business processes.
9. Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in business analysis and requirements gathering.
11. Support project managers in defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
12. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet client expectations.
13. Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure successful solution adoption.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4 years experience as a Business Analyst in a client-facing role.
2. Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
3. Strong understanding of IT solutions and their application in business contexts.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
6. Experience with requirements management tools and methodologies.
7. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in business analysis.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
Salary: €70,000 - €80,000
