Responsibilities
* Coordinate all project related documentation with assigned certifier, design teams and subcontractors
* Attend meetings with design and project team
* Coordination of quality management and health and safety system in conjunction with the site team
* Ensuring all documents conform to established standards and procedures
* Preparing, operating, and updating document control procedures in line with the Company’s document management system
* Ensuring accessibility, traceability, and accuracy of documents
* Ensure construction records are compiled and maintained in good time
* Review and coordinate all test reports in conjunction with site team
* General site admin including but not limited to: procurement, IT, office management and progress reporting
* Undertaking any administrative duties as necessitated by changing business needs
* Maintain the confidentiality of corporate information and policies & procedures
Desired Qualities & Qualifications
* Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working on a construction site in a similar role
* Good administrative/organisational ability with high level of attention to detail
* Good communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the company
* Good time management skills & ability to meet deadlines
* Must be able to work on your own or as part of a team
* Self-motivated and flexible
* Actively focused on achieving high quality results and objectives
