We are currently recruiting Group Sales Manager for a Leinster based Hotel Group to plan and manage Sales activities within the Group. This role is based on property in North Leinster and comes at an exciting time during the expansion of the business. Key Responsibilities: Plan and direct day to day operation of the Sales function to ensure maximum revenue & profitability and provide potential and existing clients with the highest level of sales service. Develop and oversee all Sales and Business Development activation to ensure ROI. Identify key competitors and carry out regular competitor analysis, monitoring their performance, rates and sales activity. To be fully aware of the main market developments and other factors that would influence business or create favourable market conditions. Develop and execute targeted Sales strategies for each property for Rooms, Events,Leisure, F&B Outlets Develop loyalty programs and corporate Rate packages for repeat business, including meeting room bookings, accommodation, and Leisure facilities. Create and manage Sales campaigns for each outlet to increase sales, with an emphasis on cross-promoting various services. The Person Minimum of 5 years experience in Hotel industry Sales management within a Group or Cluster of 4* Hotels, ideally in the Leinster region. Extensive Sales Management experience required within the national Conference and Events markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively across departments.
