Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to drive quality excellence in their growing business. This key role will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems, processes, and improvement initiatives across the company.
As a Senior Quality Manager, you will lead a small team to ensure compliance with industry standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high-quality standards across all products and services.
* Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards
* Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
* Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and improve processes for both software and hardware products
* Oversee supplier quality management, including supplier audits and performance evaluations
* Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to determine and implement quality improvement projects and metrics
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience as a Quality Manager in a technology OEM, with relevant experience implementing and maintaining quality systems in an environment that encompasses a complete product lifecycle from concept to support/EOL.

* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and other quality management systems
* Experience managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to analyse and identify trends and areas for improvement
* Familiarity with statistical analysis
* Fluency in English
