Commercial Strategy Director
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven leadership experience in senior commercial or business development roles within the finance/banking sector.
* Report directly to the CEO and contribute to strategic vision and business expansion.
* Develop and implement long-term commercial strategies to achieve sustainable growth.
* Manage revenue targets, forecasting, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
The successful applicant will possess strong knowledge of financial services regulations, corporate governance, and risk management. Additional qualifications such as an MBA, CTP, or CFA are highly regarded.
