We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a capital works project. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the compilation, development and drafting of a national Capital Investment Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the compilation, development and drafting of a national Capital Investment Programme.
* Support the functioning of the National Capital and Property Steering Committee and evaluate project submissions.
* Liaise with relevant directors and managers on capital projects to ensure compliance.
* Establish and manage project reporting structures.
* Support the delivery of National Priority Projects and Programmes.
Requirements:
* Hold a Level 8 (or higher) qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying from a recognized professional institute.
* Membership of a relevant professional association or eligibility for registration under the Building Control Act.
* At least five years' experience in architecture, engineering, or surveying, including construction or maintenance of buildings and services.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
