As a Client Service & Operations Lead, you will manage our Regional Business service teams to deliver high-quality services to our clients and contribute to senior management decisions in line with strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include: Leading our regional client service team to provide management and advisory support Working with the management team to achieve business unit budget and objectives.
Aligning to the broader WILLIS Specialism growth strategy both in terms of people and growth. Overseeing renewals, claims, financial, and regulatory reporting for clients and the business Preparing KPI and MI reports and presenting to the Head of Operations and Head of Regions Participating in strategic and transformation projects from start to finish including business unit reviews and regular management meetings. Identifying Willis client solutions and implement and embrace new revenue generating opportunities Striving to achieve optimum client service delivery across our client profile industries and sectors.
