Restaurant Operations Coordinator
This is a hands-on operational role supporting multiple outlets in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Key Operational Responsibilities include:
Provide hands-on management across Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service and events.
* Ensure all F&B outlets operate smoothly with agreed service standards.
Promote a strong safety culture while maintaining high standards of personalised guest care and professionalism. A key focus will be on streamlining operations to improve productivity and efficiency without compromising on quality or customer satisfaction.
