Job Description:
Our client is a growing company with offices in Dublin 24. They currently have an opportunity available for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their team. This role is essential to the business, and the successful candidate will significantly contribute to the efficiency of daily operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Handling incoming calls and emails, addressing scheduling inquiries professionally and promptly.
* Ensuring all service requests are managed efficiently, with seamless coordination between customers, trade staff, and internal teams.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align scheduling outcomes.
* Responding to last-minute changes with problem-solving and influencing skills to minimize disruption.
* Communicating directly with customers to confirm changes, resolve concerns, and maintain excellent customer service.
* Creating work orders on internal systems for daily scheduling of planned maintenance and services.
* Scheduling project timelines to estimate completion dates for larger projects.
* Providing customers with all necessary information for each job.
* Ensuring correct processing of purchasing and invoicing.
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements.
Applicant requirements:
* At least 1 year's experience in a fast-paced scheduling, planning, or service administration role.
* Previous scheduling experience is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience working in a team environment.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applications.
* Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
* Flexible, dependable, and adaptable.
* Motivated to work in a growth-oriented, high-service environment.
This permanent, office-based position in Dublin 24 offers a salary around €40,000, depending on experience.
