About the Role:
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and supporting manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and improving production methods and procedures, taking technical responsibility for OEE metrics, yield, and downtime, and escalating and helping resolve critical downtime issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Level 6 or Level 7 qualification in Engineering, Science, or related technical field (senior trade also acceptable)
* 2+ years experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, ideally in medical devices
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

What You Will Do:
* Support equipment and product changeovers, implementing continuous improvements (SMED)
* Assist in IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities and maintain area SOPs
* Design, specify, manufacture, test, and document production equipment changes and improvements
* Work with vendors and consultants as needed for equipment support and upgrades
