 
        Market Collaboration Planner and CRM ManagerThis is your opportunity to join one of the world's most successful and best-loved consumer goods businesses — a company with a century-long heritage of creating products that delight millions every day.Now entering an exciting phase of transformation as it evolves into a standalone global organisation, this business is investing heavily in people, technology, and innovation to unlock its next era of growth.If you're looking to make an impact in a dynamic, future-focused FMCG environment — this12-month contractoffers the perfect platformAs theMarket Collaboration Planner and CRM Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and commercial growth.This is a role for someone who loves using insights to shape business direction — turning data into opportunities, forecasts into results, and collaboration into tangible performance gains.You'll play a key part in supporting the commercial and supply chain teams to deliver excellence in forecasting, customer engagement, and channel expansion — all while helping the business move faster, smarter, and more digitally.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic channel plans and identify growth opportunities using data-driven tools such as CACI geo-mapping and Euromonitor.Drive new business opportunities and build evidence-based business cases through CRM and digital insight platforms.Lead collaboration with Business Development to unlock new accounts and strengthen existing partnerships.Act as the Irish lead for CRM and geo-mapping tools, managing providers and ensuring seamless data reporting.Maintain and optimise the prospect database, ensuring visibility of a healthy and active pipeline.Deliver regular insight reports and business performance updates to senior stakeholders.Own key forecasting KPIs — including Accuracy, Bias, and Forecast Value Add — ensuring data translates into business impact.Support new product transitions, innovation launches, and phase-outs with precision and clarity.Provide portfolio, market, and supply insights to enable smarter planning and decision-making.About YouYou're commercially curious, data-driven, and thrive on finding smarter ways to grow a business.
