Job Description
We are seeking a Commissioning Expert to lead our team in the delivery of high-voltage commissioning projects. As a key member of our Transmission & Distribution Delivery department, you will be responsible for verifying the fitness of HV Substation equipment and ensuring that it meets all technical requirements before going into service.
The successful candidate will have experience in leading complex commissioning projects, working with design specialists to resolve technical issues, and providing training and support to team members. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing commissioning standards and procedures, as well as coordinating with various teams across the organization to optimize project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead complex commissioning projects in high-voltage substations, ensuring equipment meets all technical requirements.
2. Work with design specialists to resolve recurring technical issues and provide relevant training where required.
3. Develop and implement commissioning standards and procedures.
4. Coordinate with various teams across the organization to optimize project delivery.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in high-voltage commissioning.
* Proven ability to work in a team to a high level of performance.
* A strong work ethic with a clear focus on delivery to safety, time, quality, and cost objectives.
* A flexible approach to work as per commissioning requirements.
* Fully approved to issue Declaration of Fitness certificate to system controller.
