Job Title: Fraud Investigation Specialist
Job Description:
* Ensure daily service level agreements are met in responding to user tickets and reviewing users or reservations for risks.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to provide feedback on process improvements.
* Identify patterns, educate users on responsible system usage and analyse trends.
* Investigate complex situations and potential brand risks surfaced in high volume queues.
* Support cross-functional teams to develop and enhance internal policies and tools.
* Understand risk systems and investigate account patterns.
* Recognise and escalate trends and product vulnerabilities to stakeholders.
* Maintain confidentiality while performing investigations.
