Job Title: Construction Project Manager
The client is seeking a skilled and experienced construction project manager to lead the delivery of a complex construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all engineering aspects of the project, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing all engineering aspects of a construction project.
* Ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Managing and coordinating other engineers, design teams, and resolving technical challenges.
Requirements:
* Professional degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
* At least 7 years of experience as a senior engineer/project manager with Irish/UK main contractor experience.
* Strong understanding of industry regulations and people/subcontractor management.
* Proven track record in managing or coordinating complex construction projects in Ireland or UK.
* Ability to influence people, manage upwards and downwards, and work on own initiative.
