Electrical Foreman – Cork | €70,000 + Bonus + Van + Fuel Card | Immediate Start
Are you an experienced Electrical Foreman who thrives on delivering high-quality work and leading strong site teams? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing company in the home renewables sector, working across multiple commercial and industrial projects throughout Cork.
This role is primarily off the tools, but you must be willing to jump in and support your teams when needed. You'll manage 15–20 electricians across various live sites, ensuring smooth project delivery, productivity, and safety standards are consistently met.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and coordinate daily activities of electrical teams on multiple sites
* Visit active sites regularly to track progress and performance
* Ensure work meets Irish electrical regulations & project specifications
* Plan workflows and prevent delays through proactive decision making
* Support electricians with hands-on help when required
* Conduct toolbox talks and enforce health & safety compliance
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
* Manage materials, labour, and on-site resources efficiently
* Carry out quality control checks and site documentation
* Report daily progress and drive continuous improvement
What You'll Need
* Fully qualified electrician
* Foreman or supervisory experience managing site teams
* Strong leadership, communication & organisation skills
* Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
* Comfortable being hands-on when necessary
* Full driving licence
