ABOUT THE ROLE
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a high-performing Ireland HR team. Based primarily at the Brinny, Cork site, you will work collaboratively across the Ireland and global HR function, leading a variety of HR projects — both local initiatives and the implementation of global programmes. The role also involves regular travel to the Ballydine site in Clonmel to support the local HR team.
You will deliver HR Business Partner support as well as specialist expertise in employee relations and industrial relations, playing a key role in shaping the culture and people strategy. You will partner closely with the Site Leadership Team and work alongside a talented Ireland HR Team of experienced HRBPs across a growing Irish footprint.
Key Accountabilities
Champion a high-performance culture in partnership with business leaders, building an environment of trust, dignity and respect aligned with Company values.
Sponsor and manage organisational change projects, including all associated people implications.
Contribute to business strategy by providing an aligned HR Strategy that supports its effective execution.
Partner with business leaders to develop people plans that support the business strategy.
Support line manager development through coaching, building knowledge, skills and leadership effectiveness.
Develop HR practices that act as strategic differentiators for the business.
Act as a key influencer and coach of leaders across the organisation.
Lead the employee/industrial relations area.
Build on the site's progressive partnership approach to ER/IR.
IR/ER strategy enhancement and execution.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
Demonstrated background in IR/ER strategy development and execution.
Experience in a large multinational manufacturing environment preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; CIPD qualification or relevant Master's degree preferred.
Highly effective communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build trusted partnerships at all levels of an organisation.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives through to successful delivery.
Strong track record in handling complex employee relations issues.
Proven facilitation, negotiation and mediation skills.
