Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Dublin 22

Role responsibilities include:
* Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, considering materials, labour, equipment, and other relevant factors.
* Conduct comprehensive quantity takeoffs and measurements from architectural and engineering drawings to determine the quantities of materials required for construction projects.
* Administer contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing variations and claims.
* Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, tracking expenditure, assessing variations, and managing change orders.
* Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality or functionality.
Role requirements:
* Relevant 3rd level Qualification
* 4+ years' relevant experience
* Excellent written, verbal & communication skills
* Excellent time management skills
