About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across all departments with a primary focus on food and beverage service.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Lead and support team members to deliver excellent service and maintain a positive work environment.
Monitor stock control in the F&B department.
Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Required Criteria
Strong food and beverage background (restaurant, bar, or event service).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
