Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the delivery of client payroll processing via their Global Payroll Platform.
* Manage the resolution of payroll issues with the international network of firms.
* Support clients in project engagements, payroll audits, and staff shortages.
* Lead teams to onboard new clients and manage payroll transitions.
* Manage projects to improve service delivery through automation and process improvements.
* Recruit, develop, and train junior team members.
* Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to service delivery schedules for clients.
Key Skills and Requirements
* Possess a Payroll qualification.
* Demonstrate a proven track record in a payroll role with a clear intention to pursue a career in international payroll.
* Exhibit excellent computer skills, including strong Excel skills.
* Show a high level of attention to detail.
* Demonstrate experience managing multiple deadlines.
* Display strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
