Main duties of this role include:
* Prepare and dispense prescriptions professionally.
* Manage prescription control and paperwork.
* Prepare Monitored Dosage Systems and handle monthly claims for HSE PCRS submission.
* Assist customers with over-the-counter products.
* Engage actively with customers, providing high-quality service.
* Manage dispensary stock, including expiry date checks and ethical ordering.
* Participate proactively in personal development and other duties as they arise.
In conjunction with the Pharmacy Manager, you will:
* Order and accept stock, maintaining standards in the stockroom.
* Ensure inter-branch transfers follow correct procedures.
* Implement planograms according to guidelines.

Essential Criteria:
* IPU Pharmacy Technician course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies.
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
Beneficial Criteria:
* Experience in high-volume dispensing and customer service environments.
* Experience with SOPs, Touchstore, and Arc Claim Management.
* Knowledge of community drug schemes and HSE PCRS claims process.
