Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
This role involves providing on-site technical support to clients, collaborating closely with them to install, maintain and upgrade equipment. You will utilize digital analytics for troubleshooting and apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess and address technical issues.
Responsibilities:
* Perform field-based installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of complex equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and operational standards
* Use digital analytics for troubleshooting and apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess equipment and address technical issues
* Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic and gas systems
* Coordinate and communicate directly with customers
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in customer/field service support or a related technical field. Your qualifications should include a bachelor's degree, at least one year of work experience and a proven ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
You must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Additionally, you must be able to meet all on-site requirements, including safety and environmental guidelines.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires extensive walking, standing for extended periods and working in tight spaces. You must be able to distinguish between colors and work with electricity, as well as lift up to 35 lbs.
The use of hand and power tools is also required, and you must be able to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise.
