Topflight is looking for a commercially minded leader to join as Commercial Director, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for revenue, margin, pricing, campaigns, and digital performance across our ski and summer brands including Topflight, Directski.com and Ski McNeill.
Topflight Travel Group is a €50m pan-European travel business, operating across three business units:
* Topflight (including Directski.com & Ski McNeill)
* Topflight for Schools
* Ski Beat (UK-based chalet holidays)
Known for our strong in-resort service and use of technology to improve the guest experience, we’re now investing in the next phase of growth - starting with this newly created Commercial Director role.
What You'll Do
* Set and deliver the commercial plan for Topflight’s ski and summer brands
* Lead pricing, campaign planning, and performance tracking
* Drive customer acquisition through digital-first marketing (search, social, email, AI, CRM)
* Monitor daily sales and margin performance and adjust fast
* Guide campaign calendars and ensure activity aligns with commercial goals
* Collaborate with Product, Brand, and Customer Experience teams
* Coach and manage a growing marketing team and agency partners
* Contribute to senior leadership discussions and group-level strategy
What You’ll Need
* 7+ years’ experience in a commercial, marketing, or revenue role
* A track record of driving revenue, margin and customer acquisition
* Confidence working with KPIs like CAC, ROI, conversion rate, and yield
* Hands-on with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, CRM, retargeting)
* Strong communicator and collaborator across functions and teams
* Calm under pressure, decisive when it counts, and highly data literate
