Job Title: Senior NFT Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Senior NFT Manager to lead and drive excellence within our Non-Functional Testing practice.
This role offers the chance to shape strategy, manage high-performing teams, and contribute to business delivery success across multiple client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day operations and delivery of Non-Functional Testing services, ensuring high-quality outcomes, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
* Translate service strategies and objectives into actionable plans for the practice team.
* Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, technical proposals, and client presentations.
* Manage workload allocation, resource planning, and delivery across multiple projects and clients.
* Act as the first point of escalation for client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
* Develop and lead a team of managers, supervisors, and engineers, ensuring strong performance, motivation, and skills growth.
* Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
* Define resource needs and support recruitment processes.
* Provide accurate and timely reporting on team performance, delivery status, and service metrics.
* Identify and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent in Quality Engineering disciplines.
