Residential Field Sales Executive - Solar Energy - €35,000 - €40,000 Basic (€60,000 OTE)

Due to increasing demand, Solar Generation is seeking an experienced sales professional to join the top solar PV installation team in the North-West. This role offers substantial earning potential and career growth in the rapidly expanding renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, prospect, and close new sales opportunities through consultative in-home presentations
* Conduct property assessments and energy usage analyses
* Design customised solar solutions for each client
* Present detailed proposals including system specifications, financial projections, and available incentives
* Maintain a high conversion rate on appointments
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closed deal through our CRM system
* Build strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, farmers, and commercial partners
* Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
* Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Attend local trade events, exhibitions, and community outreach activities.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Benefits:
* €35,000 to €40,000 base salary with an OTE of €60,000

Qualifications & Experience:
* 2+ years proven success in field sales (home improvement, energy, or high valued sales preferred)
* Full Clean Driving License (required)
* Demonstrated closing abilities and negotiation skills
* Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology
* Excellent time management, organisational and attention to detail skills
* Proven experience in sales—renewables, construction, or technical sales an advantage
* Strong understanding of Solar PV or willingness to learn
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
* Passion for renewable energy and customer satisfaction
