Fresh Food Assistant – Cork
Excel Recruitment is seeking a Fresh Food Assistant to join our client's busy store in Cork. Salary: €14.50 – €16.50 ph
Full Time: 40hr week
Responsibilities:
1. Food preparation and replenishment of food displays
2. Ensuring all HACCP and food safety standards are met, and that all documentation is up to date
3. Dealing with customer queries to the highest possible standards
4. Bringing forth new ideas to increase sales and standards within the department
5. Ability to work in a team and have vast knowledge of promotions and specials
6. Stock management and waste control
Requirements:
7. Previous deli/fresh food/catering experience
8. Genuine passion for customer service
9. HAACP certification – training provided
10. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
