Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Generate and convert leads through outreach, networking, and market research.Account Management: Manage key customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Technical Support: Interpret drawings/specifications and provide expert recommendations.Project Management: Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timelines.Strategy & Reporting: Support target-setting and maintain accurate CRM records.Market Engagement: Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Level 8 Degree in Engineering.Technical: Proficient in 3D design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).Experience: 10+ years in a technical engineering role, ideally with sales or business development experience.
