About the role:Our client is seeking a Facilities Executive to join a dynamic team, ensuring smooth delivery of soft services, front‑of‑house operations, and supporting project delivery across Dublin headquarters and regional offices.
You will manage multi‑site facilities contracts, oversee soft services, support hard services, and contribute to projects and climate action initiatives. You will act as the main point of contact for contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams, maintaining the highest standards across all facilities operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day facilities operations across multiple office locations, including facilities management and maintenance contracts.
Oversee delivery of Soft Services, including Reception, Security, Alarm Monitoring, Waste Management, Pest Control, Cleaning, Plant Maintenance, and Window Cleaning.
Review Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) reports and ensure recommendations are actioned in a timely manner.
Project manage external contractors to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards.
Coordinate room setups for internal events, meetings, and visitor bookings.
Support property and lease management activities, including preventative maintenance planning.
Assist with procurement and tender processes in line with Government and public agency best practice.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies and Government Procurement regulations.
Prepare reports, business cases, and proposals for presentation to committees and/or the Board as required.

Requirements
Level 8 Degree in Business or a relevant sector‑related discipline (NQF recognised) – essential
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively under pressure
Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when required
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong commercial awareness with working knowledge of Hard Services
