Design Manager Innovation | Residential Construction A leading residential developer is seeking a Design Manager Innovation to oversee central design standards and drive innovation across multiple projects in Dublin. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate innovative design solutions within a structured innovation framework. Manage implementation plans for new products and technologies across sites. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to evaluate and integrate innovations. Maintain and develop design standards and the innovation framework. Support pre-construction activities and ensure consistent application of design standards. Collaborate with sustainability, procurement, commercial, and technical teams to deliver practical, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions. Requirements: Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Project Management. 5+ years experience in residential construction or related fields. Strong knowledge of building regulations and design coordination. Innovative, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and project management skills. Full drivers licence and own vehicle required.
