 
        Job description:Orwell Healthcare is seeking an organised and proactive Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Director of Care and the Company Directors. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage complex documentation and regulatory communications, particularly with HIQA and other regulatory bodies.Orwell Healthcare is one of Dublin's most respected healthcare providers, with an unrivalled reputation for the care and consideration we demonstrate every day to our residents since 1987. We have two locations based in Rathgar. Orwell Private includes Convalescence, Long Term Care, and an Acquired Brain Injury Unit. Our second location, Orwell Queen of Peace specializes in Long Term Care.Key Responsibilities:Act as first point of contact for the Director of Care, provide diary management support scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as requested.Conducting daily reviews of complaints, coordinating with relevant staff and managers to ensure timely implementation and follow up of the established action plans.Oversee and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and documentation distribution.Conduct research on behalf of the Director of Care and present findings in a clear and actionable format.Serve as the primary liaison for HIQA correspondence, maintaining a chronology of communications and ensuring timely responses. Managing HIQA documentation, Inspection preparation and Re-registration of nursing homes.Manage filing and archiving systems across both Orwell Private and Orwell Queen of Peace centres, ensuring secure and accessible document storage.Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.Perform ad hoc duties as required by the Director of Care.Skills and Competencies:The Executive Personal Assistant should have a relevant third level qualification with a minimum of 3 years' experience at PA level.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Outlook, MS Word and PowerPointExcellent administration skills with great attention to detailAbility to follow procedures but also challenge the normHighly organised and motivated with an ability to multi-task and priorities workloadsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible attitude with a friendly can-do personalityPrevious experience in a clinical setting is desirable but not essentialExcellent command of English both written and spoken.What we offer you:Competitive salary DOEIn-house CPDEmployee Assistance ProgrammePension contributionSubsidised CaféRefer a friend bonusCentral location with easy access to public transportFree on street parking/ bike to work schemePlease note: all job offers are subject to references, Garda Vetting and pre-employment medical.Orwell Healthcare is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
