We are now seeking an energetic, technically minded Sales Representative to manage and grow our business across the West of Ireland.
This is a well-established territory with significant growth potential.
The Role
This position combines account management with proactive new business development. The successful candidate will:
Develop and grow existing customer relationships.
Actively win new business across kitchen manufacturing and joinery sectors.
Represent premium brands in a solution-focused, consultative manner.
Deliver consistent annual growth of 5–10%+ across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an established customer base (approx. 60%).
Identify and convert new business opportunities (approx. 40%).
Demonstrate and technically support our product ranges.
Provide hands‑on product demonstrations and on‑site technical advice.
Confidently specify products for customer applications.
Build relationships at owner, management, and workshop level.
Maintain organised territory planning and CRM updates.
Work independently while contributing positively to the wider sales team.
Experience
1+ years’ experience in sales or a related industry preferred.
Experience in kitchen manufacturing, joinery, woodworking or similar sectors is advantageous.
Full clean driving licence required.
Third‑level qualification beneficial but not essential.
Energetic and assertive.
Self‑directed and highly organised.
Comfortable working independently.
Commercially aware with a growth mindset.
Confident but coachable.
Positive and collaborative in a close‑knit team environment.
