Cliff House Hotel is actively recruiting for an F&B Supervisor to join our prestigious team and ensure the highest standards of luxury service for our guests. The role is responsible for assisting with the Food & Beverage Operations within the hotel.
Assist the Management in all F&B Operations
Ensure all guests receive the correct attention and a warm welcome
Supervise floor staff and coordinate shifts
Make sure food, service, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
Handle customer issues and complaints professionally
Monitor stock, and track transactions or cash flow
